SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy
We provide shipping services to all parts of India and we ship for 5 days a week.

Processing
Orders placed after 12 noon IST on any day are processed the next day. We do not process orders on Saturday, Sundays and on National Holidays.

Delivery or Shipping Charges
We charge Per Kg. Courier Charges applicable all over India.

Estimated Delivery Time
Our standard shipping time is about 4-10 days. For shipping to a remote location, the possibility of delivery may depend on the area or the location where the order is to be delivered. In case none of our shipping partner delivers to your area, then we can send your order through Speed Post/Registered Post/Parcel by India Post. The orders sent through India Post cannot be tracked and it may take up to 8-10 days for the order to reach you, in extreme cases.

Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email by visiting our delivery partner’s website. It may take upto 12-24 hours to update your tracking number on our website.

Our Shipping Partners
We use the best shipping partners in India. They provide Fast, Secure and Reliable delivery service. To track your orders you can visit the site of the relevant shipper.

We use the services of FeDEx, DTDC Courier, Indian Parcel, TrackOn.

RETURN POLICY

NotesEasy not provides Replacement guarantee. Orders once placed with us cannot be modified or clubbed with any other order. We use the best packaging methods for securing the orders from any damage as well as the services of the best shipping partners to ensure that the orders reach you in good condition. Though we make sure that the order is undamaged, we do not take any responsibility for the damages caused to your order while in transit.

If you have received a damaged/ defective book or it does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with us by dropping an email to care@noteseasy.in If possible send us the image of the order as an attachment with the email. You can get your order replaced but you must return the item at your expense at our return address and the item must be unused and we will send you the replacement only when we have received the book/books back from you.

You can cancel your order online before the book has been shipped. You need to submit the cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order and in such a case your entire order amount will be refunded. If you have paid for the order using Credit and Debit cards then the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. In case you have paid for the order using DD then you can notify us with an email or a phone call mentioning the account number in which you want your money to be refunded back.
